1. Click on Starts, Settings and click on Control Panel.

2. Double click on the Network icon.

3. Double click on the TCP/IP -> network card name, depending on the make of your network card, in our case Winbond W89C940 PCI Ethernet Adapter.

4. Mark Use the following IP address and fill in as follows:

IP address: 10.0.0.1

Subnet Mask: 255.0.0.0

Default Gateway: 10.0.0.138

OPTIONAL  Primary DNS : 194.105.32.3

                 Alternate DNS: 194.105.32.12

5. Click OK and click another OK to exit the Network Configuration, this will prompt to restart your computer, click YES and your network card is set.
