1. Click on the right mouse button on My Computer, and open Properties. Click the Device Manager tab and make sure the Alcatel SpeedTouch(TM) USB ADSL RFC1483 and the VPN Adapter are installed .

2. On your desktop double click with left mouse button on My Computer, Control Panel, Network Select the TCP/IP -> "Alcatel SpeedTouch USB ADSL RFC1483" and click Properties.

3. Click on the IP Address tab and select: Specify an IP address and type :
IP - 10.0.0.1
Subnet Mask - 255.0.0.0

Click OK and restart your computer.
