1. Insert Modem USB plug into USB PORT and switch on computer.

2.  When Windows loads, It will prompt a message ALCATEL 500 Series Found, give CD modem drivers path and click OK and this will install modem DRIVERS.

3. Select Install from a list or specific location and click NEXT.

4. Select Include this location in the search, make sure you have the Alcatel CD drivers and click NEXT.

5. The Alcatel 530 USB diagnostics software will appear on screen to install, click YES.

6. Click NEXT to Continue

7. Click NEXT to install software.

8. When reaching this window successfully then you have installed the Alcatel 530 USB series.

4 cyclic buttons will appear on the taskbar near the computer clock to indicate the modem drivers are running.
